This print appears to be from a large-format negative - of the type commonly used in the 1940s and later by US Government documentation projects, including WPA, HABS and HAER. Care in correcting for paralax suggests a profesiional photographer was involved.

I have Veronica. Very informative and detailed. A must read for all persons that have an interest in Smeltertown, especially now that it will be completely removed in the physical sense.
